how do I download these mods on windows

i do, But how do I extract the files and stuff
You have to click on the mod aka baldi.exe or smth like that and press extract and you will have a regular folder and then you open the mod
can you just give me the steps 1 by 1? im still confused
so download it and click on the file and unzip it to unzip it you right click and choose extract all and once its all extracted you click on the filee and play the gamer with the profile icon
